Joel over at Hayes was exceptional during our latest purchase. He made the whole process simple and efficient. He allowed us to drive the car home to see if it would fit in our garage and had patience during our test drive process as we had a toddler sleeping. We will use Hayes again because of Joel.
Not a good experience purchasing here. Bought a new 24 Ram 3500 Cummins. Not a cheap purchase. I also have a 24 2500 Cummins I service here. Alot of money down. Transmission had sounds to it under tow that even the engineers in Detroit didn't know what it was. Did a couple things to fix issue, unsucessful in fixing issue, then advised transmission replacement. New one has same sound, now all of a sudden, they say "its a characteristic" of the transmission.
