So thankful to the service department at Hayes. My Ram 1500 battery died. Some friends jumped us off. After that ,the truck would not go out of first gear. The check engine lights was on. I called a couple people . There were no help. I called Hayes. The service manager answered. He knew what needed to be done. He referred us to company to tow us in. He jumped on our truck as soon as we got there. They had us fixed in out of there. They did not try to add extra! Thank you so much!
