Dr Hayes is extremely knowledgeable and nice as well as a great job.
Good hospitality
I was hoping to make an appointment here but the woman who answered the phone was so rude and condescending. It really seemed like she was so inconvenienced to have a 3 minute phone conversation with me. Ultimately I did not schedule anything. I’ve heard great things about the chiropractor here but failed to get past reception. Forced to take my business elsewhere.
0 stars. My husband called to get his medical records and the receptionist told her that they don’t do that that they don’t release their medical records to patients. That’s a HIPAA violation. But of course she seemed to be unaware of this nor did she care. When they were confronted with this information and told that they would be reported to the medical board they okay fine we will give you your records but you have to pay $80 plus a $40 for us to go to find your records and send them to you.
