I needed an oil change and a couple of recalls fixed on my Escalade. They said it would take a few hours, so I brought my infant and young child with me. We hung out in Habersham with my mother in law for SEVEN HOURS while we waited. All that they did to compensate me was waive the fee I would have had to pay to top my fluids off.
