History Established in 1987. I started Hayes Barton Animal Hospital (HBAH) with a vision to provide a higher quality of veterinary care. In order to turn my passion into a reality, I needed to break all of the veterinary industry rules. I committed from day one that HBAH would allot 30 minutes for every patient appointment. RecommendedI took my 16 year old cat there yesterday because he was no longer feeling good enough to endure his life. The lady doctor (I am so sorry I do not know her name) was so caring to me and the cat. After a brief exam and a look at his past exams there, he was put to sleep so calmly and peacefully. The doctor shed tears too. I left with my cat in a nice box they gave me to place him in our family's pet cemetery. I was so grateful for their care.
We take all our furbabies to Hayes Barton Animal Hospital. The team knows us all by name, and are always friendly and helpful. Parker doesn't like the table, and they are happy to get on the floor with him. I never feel rushed. I ask a ba-zillion questions and they take the time to answer anything they can. If they don't know they say so, and try to get the answer.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. O'Brien and all the staff that worked with her today. We always receive exceptional care and service - today was no different. Thank you for working my sweet pup in on a busy last clinic day of the year. Thank you checking on us, bringing Lucy water and going over her xrays in detail with me. Not only did you take care of Lucy today, you also took care of me.
The only place I ever take all of my furry kids is Hayes Barton! We love the entire staff and they are treated so great there! I highly recommend boarding your animals there and taking them there as needed. Best animal hospital they have ever been to by far
Hayes Barton is absolutely wonderful! They show genuine compassion for pets, regardless of the illness or issue. It always feels like going home each time my maltipoo, Chelsea, and I visit. They take excellent care of her, and respond to any and all questions I have with helpful and educated responses! We love all the employees, especially the owner, Dr. Manchester.
Friendly, caring staff :) they make us feel like family.
"Cash" had his 1st vet visit today at Hayes Barton Animal Hospital - he made so many new friends and we both had a great experience. Thanks to their amazing staff - I know he will be excited to come back!
