I called Hayes Auto Sales in Roseville after spotting a car they’d just gotten in. The first salesperson I spoke with was fantastic, he told me to come by, tossed me the keys to check it out, encouraged photos, and listened when I explained I was planning to buy in cash after a test drive. I will admit since all this happened finally they got a used motor with a 6-month warranty first they told us we had to get the car down there so they could fix it then when we threaten them with a lawyer and I made a claim with the Better Business Bureau then they decided to send somebody to come get it. I can up my rating to a three maybe but we still have to find a way down to go get it. At the same time we haven't gotten it back yet because that just happened today. It really breaks my heart to have to leave this review, because I really really liked the guys there, but we came from Susanville Ca. And traded in a Honda CR-V we waited all day, and finally he said he was going to help us because he felt bad for us. They all did it was myself me husband and our two daughters and my service dog.
