I drove two hours to purchase a vehicle from this used car lot yesterday after getting to the lot I seen the vehicle and test drove it after test driving the vehicle. I’m wanting to negotiate A purchase price. While negotiating a purchase price, the manager supposedly sold the vehicle online. It was very disappointing and felt shady. A complete waste of my time so if I was, you don’t waste your time with this place.
I live in Phoenix and I bought a vehicle from Hayes sight unseen. It was an older car but exactly what I was looking for. No negotiating. He said everything works as advertised and ready to go. They did the multiple point inspection, no leaks, no safety issues. I received delivery and there were some blemishes I didn’t expect but I knew the risks buying sight unseen. I didn’t buy from them, but the customer service is excellent, would recommend. They responded to my questions in less then 30 minutes over texts.

These guys really put in a lot of effort to get us into a car in one day. We aimed a bit high at first - which was our mistake, but we found one and they got us a great deal at a fair price we feel really good about. They have it set up so they do not have to compete with each other, they worked together really well. We didn't feel pressured or like we were being rushed at all.
