If I could do zero Stars I would! $20,000 for a car that is wracked with problems. Second day check engine light comes on, car starts shaking. Not to mention the vehicle a four cylinder Honda, only got 10 miles to the gallon. I take it in to have it worked on with the 2-year warranty that I didn't ask for and I'm told they replaced two 02 sensors. Now it gets 12 miles to the gallon. The back brakes and rotors are no good. I contacted this dealer about a car that they posted that had no pics available. I let them know I was located in Tx and was willing to fly to pic the car up after purchase. Not only did they get back to me promptly, they sent me more than enough pics but notified me a few days later that the car was being sold! I'm sure had I been closer I most definitely would have purchased that car from them!
So I put in a request for the 2016 corolla. Did the paperwork over the phone. Said I would basically test drive and purchase car next day. Well I recieved a text the car was sold. Was kinda sad about it. But I appreciate the after hour text. So instead I found a lower milage,cheaper, newer Chevrolet cruze which I love. My only thing is dont go to this dealership hoping for any wiggle room on the price cause it aint happening. The price is the price.... Brian was great to work with. Made us feel at ease about buying the car sight unseen, did all paperwork with us via text and mail, and let me know what was going on each step of the way. Received the car yesterday and it is perfect.
