BAIT AND SWITCH. CONSTANT LIES. TREATED MY SELF AND MY HOME LIKE A JOKE. RIDICULED ME. RARELY SHOWED UP ON TIME OR EVEN AT ALL. I NEVER ONCE WAS DISRESPECTFUL. THEY CLAIMED I WAS WHICH WAS WRONG. LOTS OF ITEMS WENT MISSING.projection imho. Everry aid was hostile with a bad attitute. Never going back! One aid even drained my cats self waterer and never filled it back up..she was crying for almost 2 days before i notoved it. No dignity for me with this company..then they blamed ME FOR EVERYTHING. Very unprofessional hung up in my face claimed to send out cases that where never received on my end I have proof and also claimed I never responded to something never sent
