Dr. Arena was fantastic. Amazing surgeon who did several consultations with other specialty surgeons to fix my foot. After another surgeon botched the surgery twice Dr. Arena put me back together better than before. Completely amazing staff and I was so well cared for. Even the Physical Therapy team did a fantastic job to help me through recovery. I would definitely recommend this team for specialty surgeries.
Excellent patient service and care
Six weeks ago, Dr. Stowell performed rotator cuff repair surgery on my left shoulder at Hayden Orthopedic Surgery Center, and the level of care I received was truly outstanding. From check-in and pre-surgery preparation to anesthesia and recovery, every member of the team treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. The staff at OSI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The Hayden Surgery Center is bright, welcoming, and very nicely maintained. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about each patient. The doctors are not only incredibly smart but also dedicated and thorough. You are truly in the best hands from start to finish.
Cannot recommend them enough. Dr Arena and his team at OSI, especially Briana, were absolutely fantastic. Briana helped me get in asap to see Dr Arena after a horrible experience at a different office and Dr Arena was so kind and explained my options for my foot fracture. We decided that surgery would be the best option and he came in before his normal clinic day to do my procedure. If you're looking for orthopedic care, OSI and Hayden Surgery Center are the way to go.
