I hired Chad because I'm a huge fan of his wife but listing the house with him made for a such an easy time. It was 8+ months of the surprise you experience when you land a great waitress, fly first class or call customer service at AMEX. I was constantly impressed & genuinely amazed.

Chadwell had time to show us the area He introduced us to the locals and the wonderful cuisine of the area. He gave us all the Time in the world. He showed us the places we wanted to look and many that offered what we had asked to see. Chadwell was informed, and what he didn’t know he looked up and got right back to us Chadwell is the best! Chadwell went above and beyond what we expected when we purchased our last property. We went in aggressive with our recent purchase, and anything Chadwell didn't know (there was meth contamination), he took the time to ask appropriate questions and do the research to get us accurate information. His approach was assertive and humble which we really enjoyed. We'll definitely be working with him again and highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a new property.
