Absolutely terrible to work with. We offered asking price for land and have signed contracts now twice to purchase land.They first pulled the contract that we signed saying they wanted more money. Didn’t get an offer so we signed again. Then, pulled the contract again, saying they are listing it again for more money. I would never do business with them. He will ignore phone calls so he isn’t held accountable for their shady business transactions.

Connor Williams has been great to work with. We have purchased three properties working with him and each one has went very smooth. He was very prompt to respond to our questions. With us not being familiar with the area, he was able to give us information we needed and point us in the right direction. We are from Nebraska and ended up looking at a house Seth had listed. He was very up front and pointed out things that we, as buyers, had not noticed on our own. The entire process with him we did not feel forced and pressured like your typical sales agent. Any questions we had, he was very quick and responsive to answer.
