I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Divorce - even when you're the petitioner - is a scary and stressful event. Lee and his team made the process easy to understand and were prompt with communication at all times. I felt heard, understood, and valued as a client. Thank you!
If you’re divorcing, especially as a single mom, I’d look elsewhere. In my experience, he did not fight for me. I was calling almost every day, and each time I got a different answer. He repeatedly said he had too many cases to give mine proper attention, and everything dragged on. The communication was inconsistent and unprofessional. He also assured me my ex wouldn’t get what he wanted, but that wasn’t my outcome. Please do your due diligence and read the reviews—I didn’t, and I regret it.
He best my ex-wife in court. It was marvelous. That was 10 years ago. I live 2 days away now and she has filed a restraining order against me. She owes me $60,000 in child support.
Used Legal Shield to find legal representation and was referred to this office. Explained my situation, but it seemed as though Hayden Law firm was either intimidated or thought my case wouldn't stick. Mr Lee kept stating that my child's father has his private attorney so "he had money" to argue the case, and gave me a run around when it came time to help. Custody battle. Didn’t do what he promised. Sat back and let the other lawyer bully me. And then he asked for more money to forward to the next step… yeah right he proved to be a loser. He won’t steal more of my money. Got absolutely nowhere with him and wasted $2000
