Love birthday parties at the clubhouse!
Of course I love my space next to the water. My opinion is this is not a good place to live. It is run down and as I tell corporate office its like coming into trailer trash living. expensive to live. Office not friendly. They just don't take pride in this place. To many junk cars and people who do not take pride in taking care of there place. Sad
Please make sure to read the other negative reviews when thinking about moving to this park. Management is very unprofessional and as someone else has said run by a larger company. Make sure you double check and keep things in writing when dealing with management. Otherwise maintenance seems to be friendly and the curb appeal is nice.
