The word that comes to mind: unethical. Having a strong ethical core is critical to running a business with multiple loopholes and reasons to deduct from a security deposit or pull the regulatory "wool" over tenants eyes. Pam the leasing agent is so sweet! She got repair men out here within a day. Really easy company to work with.
CAUTION. RENTED home from this outfit. Paid rent early every month. Got no cause lease termination. 3 days b4 final move out and people are snooping around the house... Can I help you... Oh sorry this house is up for rent..... Looked it up. These cheese balls turned my life upside down for $195 more a month. Livid! Will never do business with this outfit. I suggest you be aware.
