DO NOT buy from this company, they do not stand behind their parts. bought a primary chain tensioner, it broke in less then 3000 miles. sent them pics of broken part and they want to say i installed it wrong. basically riped me off for 130 dollars. Again DO NOT DO BUY FROM HAYDEN ENTERPRISES, INC
Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere unless you like paying for something and not receiving a status update after nearly two weeks. I had made multiple phone calls and emails to Hayden enterprises. Their phone does not ring it goes right to a voicemail box that if your lucky is not full (majority of the calls i made rang to a full mailbox, but i was able to leave one message.), but it does not matter as they will not return any call backs requested. Ordered parts February 23rd. Received a confirmation email same day. Never received the parts, never received another email, cannot leave a voice message, and has never returned my emails. It’s now August 30th. Basically stole $133.00 from me. Just send me my money back if you aren’t sending me the part. What is going on?
Multiple emails sent and not one response from this so called company. Had to do a charge back with my CC company. Many years ago this was a great company, not so much anymore! Buyer beware !
