Paid a ridiculous price for lunch, left tip on the table and then also charged it again on our card, ordered a different side than what was on the menu which should have been an upcharge, was never told by the waitress it would be full price, should have also been given the original side. Brisket was tough and chewy. Have went there every yr for over 35 yrs the day before Thanksgiving, it’s normally packed, it was empty this time, I see why! We will never go back!
Three people $84.00 for three sandwiches and three drinks. Ridiculous they placed the tip on my card when I told them I left cash on the table. And charged full price which should have been a dollar up charge for each side, if not also give us the original side with the add on. Watch your bill, they definitely overcharge. And brisket was tough also. We have been going for over 30 years when visiting from NC, but unfortunately will not be going back.
The food was great! Get the pink lemonade!!
1st time eating here, messed up my husbands order and the side we ordered because none of the burgers comes with any, was wrong one, we didn't want to make a big fuss then his food had all the things he ask to keep off . The customer experience was not that great for over priced food that came out wrong didn't even offer a free refill with all the mess ups.
