Love the doctor... Hate the wait. Not the first time I've had to wait 3 hours past my scheduled appt time. Ever thought of opening a restaraunt inside? Ya know, for the people who get hungry and can't leave?
I like the Haydel Clinic but you seriously need to consider re-training your receptionist personnel. I know they receive a high volume of calls but they don't even give your patients a chance to speak. It's extremely rude.
