Terrible customer service! I intentionally ordered a flower piece the day before to be reassured that it would be first delivery the next day, for the reason was the recipient was going out of town at 12:00 p.m. I was promised and repromised that the minute of delivery driver came in at 9:30 a.m. it would be delivered.
