This florist shop was nice, and the owner I corresponded with was very kind and accommodating. I needed a corsage and boutonniere last-minute for my son and his date’s prom, and they were able to get it ready by the next morning, which I really appreciated! The flowers themselves were lovely and fresh. However, I was a little disappointed that they weren’t presented in a box as I had requested. Terrible customer service! I intentionally ordered a flower piece the day before to be reassured that it would be first delivery the next day, for the reason was the recipient was going out of town at 12:00 p.m. I was promised and repromised that the minute of delivery driver came in at 9:30 a.m. it would be delivered. Didn't happen! Now it's 1:00 p.m. and no flowers and I call up and the only reply I got was, he has a lot of deliveries before you! Not even an apology. Unacceptable!
