As much as I used to like Dr Docasar, her office is the new low I have ever experienced in the American health care industry. My appointment that I had been waiting for for over 2 months was cancelled at 6am due to the doctor’s illness. No apology, nothing. I understand that things happen but I wish they offered the same understanding when we can’t make it last minute instead of charging us $50 late cancellation fee. Dr. Haydee Docasar is a caring and compassionate doctor who truly listens to her patients. She takes the time to understand concerns, explains treatment options clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. I always feel comfortable and heard during my visits, which is rare to find these days. Her professionalism and empathy make her an outstanding physician, and I trust her completely with my care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and genuinely attentive medical doctor.

Best experience I've had with a doctor. There are some legitimate criticisms of their organization while they've moved practices, but Angela and Dr. Docasar do genuinely care and try their absolute best. They're a very small office and still have that genuine doctor feel, very much unlike big clinics. I've had years-long issues with my insurance and pharmacies, and they've been incredibly patient throughout and always gone the extra mile. This practice screams scam and is very unprofessional! The office (Angela )charged me my copay 4 days before my phone appointment, and on the day and time of my appointment the office (Angela) called me to tell me that the doctor can't call me because she has IT problems. Angela told me to call the doctor 2 hour later,with a phone number she gave me, and when I called that number at the time she told me to, the doctor did not answer and it went to voicemail.
