I have been a patient of Dr. Haydee Docasar for almost 20 years. I had my appointment with her last week and she never disappoints. Her medical assistant, Angela, has always been kind and welcoming. Dr Docasar always listens to my needs and makes sure all of my labs and necessary tests have been fulfilled before I leave. I have recommended many friends and family to her. As much as I used to like Dr Docasar, her office is the new low I have ever experienced in the American health care industry. My appointment that I had been waiting for for over 2 months was cancelled at 6am due to the doctor’s illness. No apology, nothing. I understand that things happen but I wish they offered the same understanding when we can’t make it last minute instead of charging us $50 late cancellation fee.
