This is one of the best lamb burgers I have ever had. The proportions of meat and toppings are perfection. The lamb is seasoned and cooked too a nice medium/medium well. The lettuce was so crisp. I strongly suggest to truffle- ize your fries! Also the gentleman that took care of us was quick and super friendly. This is all far and few between with my experiences with food trucks and I am excited for many more visits to this one!
We booked them for our wedding and everyone could not stop talking about how good the food was! Hands down best decision we made to hire them!
Their food was so good, my friends and I visited the food truck twice during our weekend event. We enjoyed how crispy and tender the chicken sandwiches were. The housemade fries were also delicious. Their team worked hard to get our food out quickly on both visits which we appreciated greatly. Hope to see ya'll at the next holiday matsuri.
