Hayati Scalp Spa deserves more than 5 stars! We were fortunate to benefit from their generous promotion, where I was able to bring my mom and sister for a complimentary scalp treatment. I personally wouldn't recommend this location. This location uses gloves when they do the scalp treatment and massage. When the gloves are used it doesn't give that relaxed feeling.

I’m not sure what kind of experience other reviewers had that was so amazing because it’s not what I experienced. My friend & I got the besties in business treatment, which was a facial & a hair washing which turned my hair into knots & the the lady who did the blow drying at the end was so rough on my hair felt like it was breaking it. I was very disappointed that there was no scalp treatment, no scratching or massaging of the head. Went with my friend for a treatment and was really disappointed with the experience. It was a long hair wash with very little scalp massage. They brushed my hair constantly while it was wet and i could hear it ripping. (But the brush never touched my scalp, so it didn’t even feel good) So many trinkets were used without much benefit. They only blow dried my hair half way, leaving product all around my hair line. I had to wash my hair and face as soon as I got home. Not worth $150.
