I personally wouldn't recommend this location. This location uses gloves when they do the scalp treatment and massage. When the gloves are used it doesn't give that relaxed feeling.

I’m not sure what kind of experience other reviewers had that was so amazing because it’s not what I experienced. My friend & I got the besties in business treatment, which was a facial & a hair washing which turned my hair into knots & the the lady who did the blow drying at the end was so rough on my hair felt like it was breaking it. Went with my friend for a treatment and was really disappointed with the experience. It was a long hair wash with very little scalp massage. They brushed my hair constantly while it was wet and i could hear it ripping. (But the brush never touched my scalp, so it didn’t even feel good) So many trinkets were used without much benefit. They only blow dried my hair half way, leaving product all around my hair line. I had to wash my hair and face as soon as I got home. Not worth $150.

Wonderful scalp massage. I’m not a massage person so I’ve always wanted to try a scalp massage. It was wonderful. I asked for super soft and they were! I will be back and planning to buy gift cards for relative gifts. One recommendation: please get signage for your building. Very hard to find without a sign on the building or even on the door. Only thing is crooked gold lettering “Japanese head spa” beside the door nothing that says hayati. For such a beautiful interior I’m surprised with no signage.
