The experience itself was amazing! Loved it. I had the basic scalp massage. I don’t have sensitive skin at all but their products irritated and dried my skin. My neck is red and is still irritated. It’s been 5 days. I had the option of having a towel over my eyes and she’d apply water and misted something over as well. Well, that also caused irritation. Again, I don’t have sensitive skin. This place is a hidden gem! It is such a relaxing and calming experience. This staff is incredibly kind and attentive. I wish I could come here everyday!
