I am very, very pleased with Hayat Clinic. Called early on a Monday morning and got through to a real, live human in just a few rings. Asked about paying cash for a visit. They had a straight answer immediately. Asked to schedule an appointment same-day. I couldn't get one as they were booked out, but they also told me they hold space for walk-ins, and advised me "since it's early, there's nobody here, you could probably get in fast," which is exactly the sort of customer service I love—succinct and actually helpful. I loved how welcoming it was since the beginning starting from the welcoming front desk that gets you checked in right away, and next to the nice and patient nurses that listens to you so they can make sure to pass accurate information to the doctor. Also Dr. Bashir is very welcoming and listens to your health problems and shows that he cares. He will go above and beyond for your needs and concerns.
I’ve been to Hayat Clinic a handful of times and I always have a nice experience when I come! The nurses are always friendly and Dr. Bashir is very knowledgeable, patient and caring you can tell he cares about his business, associates and patients. Even though we are from different backgrounds I never feel excluded or overlooked I always welcomed and listened to!
Hayat clinic is really the best place to visit if you need any thing relating to health issues, they are helpful and welcoming, from the receptionists to the professional doctors who take care of people in Hayat clinic are all friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend everyone to visit there when they need it.
