Tyler is fucking magical. My bike had been sitting in someone else's shop for way too long (we're talking months) and the issues were never resolved. Tyler had it fixed and running smoothly within a week. He also actually took the time to show and explain things to me; a gesture that I truly appreciate!
Stopped in for a small issue that needed immediate attention. Tyler was very helpful and even showed me how I could fix it myself next time. Can't recommend this shop enough. Great to support local privately owned shops like this, instead of the dealers.
