Fantastic nurse and doctors, however the clinic is unfortunately heavily let down by the incompetent reception staff
I’m not sure they are Drs - I went in and was told I can’t treat you as I don’t know you - $105 later - - absolut cons
Very unhappy with my experience. The appointment was only just 16 minutes and I was charged $180 which is just crazy given my concern was just a referral to a dermatologist anyway. The center really need to look at how they are billing people as I have seen this is a common occurrence in the comments. Please be careful when going here.
I had booked an appointment for my daughter to receive her 4-month vaccinations and was planning to switch to this clinic for future visits due to its convenience. I had organised everything through reception and even arranged a babysitter for my other child on the day.
