Very unhappy with my experience. The appointment was only just 16 minutes and I was charged $180 which is just crazy given my concern was just a referral to a dermatologist anyway. The center really need to look at how they are billing people as I have seen this is a common occurrence in the comments. Please be careful when going here.

I would NEVER come back to this practice. The Dr forgot to write a script and charged me for 2 appointments. Long version: Dr David Sutcliffe gave me a referral for an iron infusion, but forgot to write a prescription for an iron injection to bring to the infusion appointment. When I called the practice to chase up on it, the doctor called me back. Without prior communication, the practice claimed that it was a telehealth appointment, and charged me another $105. That's another $65 gap.
Very professional practice. I was grateful that the Dr saw me at short notice. Dr was very thorough and personable. Great follow up by practice staff.
I visited this medical center twice and had appointments with Dr. Maria Orbe, who was incredibly helpful. However, both times I noticed a difference in how the receptionist treated patients. She was friendly and attentive with Australian patients, but when it came to me, she seemed dismissive, impatient, and used a rude tone. While I appreciated the quality of care from the GP, the customer service at reception left me disappointed.
