I’ve had a wonderful living experience at Haxton Apartments — the community is clean, safe, and conveniently located, with well-maintained units, modern amenities, and quick maintenance support. Parking and access feel secure, and management keeps everything running smoothly. Sheyla Newman has also been excellent: professional, responsive, and transparent, with a friendly team that promptly addresses concerns and makes the renting process stress-free. Highly recommend both the apartments and the management!

Enjoyed living at the Haxton and would recommend. Eric was amazing to work with, always responsive and communicative, even after move out answered questions promptly and that was greatly appreciated. Jason is fantastic and keeps the place looking immaculate. Loved the covered porch space, especially the hummingbird visitors to our feeder in the spring/summer.
Absolutely love living here. Eric, the property manager, is an absolute gem. He responds quickly, and always has the answer to my question. I really appreciate the communication too. He plans great events and is always friendly and kind. Can’t say enough great things!
