My experience at Haxall View was not good. FYI I was in one of the newer units above the parking garage facing the street. The interim property manager Rita and the maintenance manager Bill were generally rude and unhelpful. The property manager Jess told me in 2023 improvements would be made to security and the deck area but nothing was done and she quit shortly after I signed. Management is hard to get in touch with. Still haven’t received my security deposit back. Bike got stolen, packages got stolen, car was broken into. Walls are thin can constantly hear neighbors. Other than the apartment itself being a descent size and nice layout. Maintenance was great. Otherwise I would not recommend to anyone.
I spent two years here and really enjoyed the apartment, plenty of space, reliable parking, and the maintenance people were kind and responsive. Took one star off because they've made it very hard to get in contact with management and they clearly over work their leasing staff. They also continuously raised rent and parking prices despite having to send regular notices to the building for unpaid rent. The walls are a little thin, but it was manageable. Packages are regularly stolen. There is no security system set in place to protect the residents mail. People can slip through the garage gate and enter the mail room at any point. There is no secure place to deliver mail. There is no camera in the mail room. They supply fobs which keeps the residents safe from intruders but the mail room is constantly being broken into.
