I genuinely liked the Hawx service when I lived at my home in Baltimore. I want to be clear about that, they were very kind and really a great Pest Control company. However, the account management portion of this company is a nightmare. I was told when I moved they would be able to cancel my contract without a fee. Getting them to waive that fee however has been impossible. They tell me they will keep calling me indefinitely via +10 plus regions to reclaim these funds.
