Very pushy door to door salesman would not leave my property after asking him to leave multiple times. I said do not ever come back and He said ‘not that I would want to’ But came back my to say all of my neighbors are so nice so why am I so rude. I should be able to be in my yard without being harassed.

Derek Bobovsky did my pest control service today in bad weather. His dedication to his craft is outstanding. Derek’s customer service is probably unparalleled in the pest control industry. My wife and I both feel lucky to have him as our technician.

I didn’t get pest services from this company, so I cannot speak to that, but the door knocking solicitation was noteworthy enough to leave a review. The person soliciting knocked on my door two separate times (I thought it was a package at first and was in the middle of working and did not answer) and then when I answered the door he made a comment about whether I’d seen him earlier. Hawx has been aggressively soliciting in our community of Tilden Woods in North Bethesda and has now stopped by our home several times and doesn’t take no for an answer if they see you are home. Their consistent and receptive knocking has awoken our son from his nap on several occasions. When asked for their solicitors permit the representative is not able to provide it. Will never work with this company.

Very good customer experience! They texted me to let me know they were here. And promptly sent the service report after the work was complete. They even cleaned my front door, and picked the wasp nest and dead bees from my front step .
