I’ve been with Hawx for well over a year now and have had a ton of problems. Their scheduling system is terrible. I’ve set up service and then completely left in the dark. No one shows up, no communication at all, no one reaches out to reschedule. And then when I call the next business day, it’s another fiasco with excuses. I would recommend going with another pest control company that is fully in house and more reliable. I will say that the techs they send out to perform the service have always been nice and friendly.
Our tech is Cameron and we are really happy with him and other field techs, however the salesperson who gave me a quote and told me rodent control would be included in the monthly fee basically pulled a bate and switch. I found out after agreeing to sign up that it will cost $800-$1200 for rodent control alone and they don't spray/control black widows, which was not made clear in advance. Worst experience! I’m trying to cancel service and they won’t let me saying I have a one year contract! I never did a one year contract! A week later I call again and cancel, even tho I didn’t sign a contract I was charged 199 dollars without my consent! Don’t use their services!!!
