Worst experience! I’m trying to cancel service and they won’t let me saying I have a one year contract! I never did a one year contract!
Customer for years, they've skipped 2 quarterly services this year and refuse to refund
Will not stop calling me. I keep blocking their numbers and they keep calling. DO NOT CONTACT THEM. They will trap you in a contract with no way to cancel. I've reported them to the FCC for harassment.
Unfortunately, I am having to change my review from a couple years ago. There have been a couple specific incidents with Hawx during my time as a customer, but I felt like the good outweighed the bad, and I was under contract as well, so I didn’t cancel. I won’t go into detail on those, because, I don’t believe that the actions of a couple employees reflected accurately on the company. Very horrible company I have been with this company for about 1 year and this company only looking to get your money they only come when you call And now I have bee nest I call on Thursday the soonest appointment they had was for Saturday ok no problem that’s fine then they say someone will arrive between 8am and 4pm horrible customer service I spent my entire day waiting around a tech text me and said they would arrive in 10 minutes haven’t heard back sense he would text back or pick up the phone there is no number to call ... read more
