UPDATE: I got my reimbursement issued after filing a complaint with the BBB. I am here to HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone to read the reviews and complaints for this company on the BBB website. There are many issues reported. Recommend you look elsewhere for pest control. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They were deceptive about the billing from the get go. The service was ineffective.
