Judy Owen’s would discriminate she told me off saying I was the most awful tenant and called the cops on me for no apparent reason other then special need discrimination;then unlawfully held my deposit so I had to petition for it

Too many units for single maintenance person to handle. Lacks steady on-site manager. Plumbing is horrible and backs up periodically. Record keeping is the pits as well. No central heat or air conditioning. Window Box air conditioners are prohibited. Heating is done by baseboard units under windows. The Flats have only one bathroom and there is no insulation between the floors so you hear your neighbors using the bathroom, etc.

There is street parking in front of the office. The staff is great! It's an older complex and they only have one maintenance guy, but he works hard to take great care of "his" residents. It is considered a "low income" phacility. It has been a long haul, but the maintenance guy is doing a great job of turning things around. COVID did a real number on this complex(as it did everywhere). Things are looking so much better!

Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone ever! Or having anything replaced or fixed in less than 2 months. You are not a priority, no one cares enjoy the black mold. Every person they have brought into that office is incompetent. If I could give no stars or a half star I would.
