I just want to give a high five to Ms Marisa Marrocos at Hawthorne Village. She patiently explain to me how to find a place to live at this condominium, how to touch basis with owners, to find a new place. She is really a gem!
I just moved to Hawthorne Village. The community is very well organized and maintained. One highlight was the attention that I received from the front desk lady, Marisa Marrocos. She was so welcoming and always explained everything with a smile. So far, I really like to be part of this community.

I want to give five thumbs up to Hawthorne Village Marisa Marrocos for making a drastic change in the community for the better in the past 2 monthts. I have lived here for 3 years and I am very happy, everything have taken off for the better. Thank youfor the great work Marisa!
Please don’t rent here look right past this place. No stars. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it’s safe, other than that not recommended. You can’t have guest past 12 because their car will get towed. No guest passes. Make sure not to tamper with your decal because they’ll tow your car. Don’t rent a car because it will also get towed. Water goes constantly goes out. Manager is rude. They removed the grills. Everything is outdated.
