Awful property manager, I was planning on moving from one property owned by this same company to here, but the manager Brenda convinced me otherwise.
Management is biggest issue. Highly unprofessional, and rude. They show you an apartment that is NOTHING like the one they will try to rent you.
Very nice apartments! The trails look really nice. Will have to check them out next time I visit my daughter at her apartment.
Very nice apartments. I live in a 2 bedroom upper, and I can only speak for that type of unit: Wall a/c unit in living room, and a space for one in the larger bedroom. Living room has vaulted ceilings and a cubby for computers/an additional couch, etc. Has washer and drier in unit. Managers on site; mine is very friendly and even responds to texts.
Would rate lower if possible. Drive over an hour to view an apartment thatbis no longer available then basically handeled by the office manager saying that is is my fault for not triple checking the post that was online. Not a way i would want to handel a business personally 🤷♂️.
