This is a little bit of a different review, because I haven't shopped at Hawthorne Tile. But I have worked with the owner Dirk in another capacity and have also had the chance to hear tenants of his give unsolicited praise of him and talk about what a genuine and caring person he is. When I do business with honest, trustworthy people, I want to celebrate that.
Hawthorne tile recently completed the 3rd bathroom for me. They do such good work. They show up when they say, work meticulously and the results are just amazing. I would never think of using anyone else.
Hawthorne Tile was and is far and away the best experience I've ever had hiring folks to do work on my house. I had previously hired a "tile installer" to install backsplash for a kitchen remodel a few years ago that was done so poorly that I truly believe I could've done the job better myself. When getting ready to remodel the bathroom my husband's aunt said she'd hired Hawthorne Tile for her bathroom and loved their work.
