My experience with Hawthorne Tile was perfect from start to finish. My initial inquiry was responded to within a day or two and the next afternoon the owner of the company, Dirk was in my kitchen, assessing my project so he could provide an estimate. Dirk and his team are amazing. Our shower pan (completed 15 years ago by another contractor) leaked when I was 38 weeks pregnant. He went above and beyond to accommodate our situation as quickly as possible, working around his schedule and even calling a plumber for us when additional work was needed. He was incredibly responsive, and his workers did beautiful work and were clean and considerate. We can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them!

Hawthorne Tile installed our glass shower tile a few years ago. They made suggestions for shower niche placement, and helped steer us towards a more period correct tile layout, which I’m grateful for. They did an excellent job with installation and took time too do it correctly. I wish they still worked directly with residential clients so they could do our next bathroom shower!
I really cannot say enough good things about Dirk and his team at Hawthorne. First off, they're easy to work with - prompt, courteous, neat. Secondly they are craftspeople - they perform their craft at a level of skill that for me is unparalleled. Thirdly, I really like them - I felt like there were family members working on their own home. Highest regard, and highest review. Thank you Dirk and Team for two beautiful bathrooms in two years!!
