Hawthorne Station itself is a very nice subdivision made up of young professionals. Unfortunately it sits near an area known for crime.
The build quality is certainly not the best and not a fan of the builder or their customer service, HOA doesn’t actually do anything but send out emails randomly, people are very inconsiderate where their guests park sometimes, people speed through the neighborhood like they’re on the highway. Luckily for the newer homes there a different builder which historically has much better quality builds.
