In my opinion, and as a former employee in the grounds crew (landscaping team) of the Facilities department, the grounds maintenance employees in that department are very hostile toward qualified Black landscapers. Bertha campos , and Mrs. Arreola have the ugliest attitudes I have ever interacted with. (York elementary) They are not very helpful when it comes to giving information/ need anything from the office. It’s almost as if it bothers them that the parents come in to ask questions.
