It's beautiful and quiet! I love all the little details left in the school like the lockers and historical photos in the hall. The units are absolutely amazing the ceilings are high and everything is new and renovated, it's super close to olive and delmar but closed off by parks so it's nice and cozy. It's so clean and well kept I don't think I'll ever want to leave. it's probably the nicest apartment building I've ever been , oh and we have a nice little gym and area if you need to hang a bike! 12/10 recommend !
Lived here for a year and would have never moved out if I wasn't moving states. Absolutely beautiful location, quiet, next to a park, walking distance to grocery and olive Blvd which has everything. Short drive to Clayton downtown and the interstates. The building is quaint and interiors are gorgeous with big windows and lots of light. The very best thing is the property manager Madeleine, who is super nice and kind and professional. Thank you Madeleine for making my final year in St Louis great :) Will miss the serene oasis... read more
