About a year ago we met this builder at a Home Show. He is a smooth talker touting his stellar experience. We chose him over two other builders who had actually bid our project for less money. He is not a custom home builder. We ended up having to hire finish carpenters to repair his horrible mistakes. The state plumbing inspector has now told us that much of our plumbing needs to be replaced and is in fact not safe. We did our home work and couldn't find any complaints about him.
