I have left multiple voicemails and also reached out utilizing their website. No one returns calls and no one answers the phone. I am inquiring about my refund. I wish someone would have the courtesy to contact me. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I am a former resident of their property in Orange City Florida. I moved because the property was not well maintained.

Their properties are poorly managed. Their customer service is trash. Moved out of their property in January and still have yet to receive my security deposit back called management multiple times received no response.

I have been calling and emailing for weeks and no response. I am dealing with a serious matter of being forced to do something outside of my lease and it is borderline bullying and discrimination

Same complaint as the last few listed here. I applied for an apartment at Hawthorne at Whitehall. It was days in between responses and I basically had to call in for updates. My refund was requested within 72 hours I was even contacted by the office staff to confirm my address and advised I would receive my refund within a few weeks. More than a few weeks has elapsed and I have not received my refund.
