Great Company! Super insightful and really care about their residents. The events are usually always creative and fun and maintenance and staff try their best to get solutions found to problems.
A joke. I’ve had an ongoing noise concern at my apartment that had been left without resolution for 2 months now. I’ve been told this issue was escalated to the regional manager, but I haven’t received any communication from the Hawthorne team besides the property manager onsite, who hasn’t provided any viable solution yet. I’ve withheld leaving this review in hopes to resolve this matter cooperatively. Despite my patience and constant emailing back and forth, I have been dismissed.
