I actually don't like leaving negative reviews however, it has been 48 days since I contacted Hawthorne regarding our issue and they still have not responded. On June 27th, a burning smell and haze permeated throughout our apartment from our AC unit. Maintenance assessed and "fixed it" that day; however, we continued to have issues with the unit. Hawthorne Residential Partners clearly doesn’t care about the residents in their communities. At Country Club Apartments, I’ve reported serious issues — someone approaching me asking to buy weed and beer, trash and beer bottles constantly around Building B, and strong smells of urine and weed in the hallways — with zero action from management. HRP went out of their way today to make it difficult for their current tenant to rent a home in another city. A couple hours after leaving a VM this Monday morning, I found nobody was available in their Corporate offices either. Any property owned by them just don’t even waste your time attempting to stay there. I’ve reached out to them and have received no response and it’s been almost 3 weeks very unprofessional and they clearly don’t care about the quality of your experience as a resident.
