No pricing on the website. This is always a red flag. It means they aren't charging everyone the same or worse, they use one of those apps that changes the rent every few days. Not interested.
This place was nice when we first moved in, in 2021. It was under other management then, and our rent was $700 a month. Even if the former management company had decided to raise the rent, we would have stayed, because they took excellent care of these apartments. 2 bed 2 full baths, for $700 was like finding gold to us. Come Jan 2022 the management company changed & instantly our rent was raised to $1050. And each year since it has gone up. We have paid a pest control fee ever since they took over.
