Hawthorne park ( Broadmoor ) are old apartments and everything breaks. To have them repair something you have to constantly reorder the repair. The parking is not bad, lots of space. The staff are respectful and nice. Never had any problems with our rent until the new owners came in. They proudly announce new roof, new windows, but at who's cost?
