Great place to live. Everyone, even I was skeptical at first because they are income restricted. So, I was thinking less care of home. I also moved there never seeing the apartment or grounds in person since I was moving from out of state. We lived here 4 years and it was easily one of our best renting experiences. This complex is well maintained and units are nice. The area is pretty safe and close to south hill. The staff was kind and responsive, and always communicated expectations clearly. I would absolutely recommend Hawthorne Lane to families looking for a home!
My family and I went in and talked to Michael today about the apartments and getting on the waiting list. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and was happy to answer any questions we had regarding the wait time and the apartment complex :) The apartment complex itself was beautiful, very clean, well-kept and in a great area!! We are super excited live at the Hawthorne Lane Apartments!!

Look run down Park poorly maintained Kid area is great, just aging with little to no maintenance
