I dropped in to get my wedding ring serviced, as a couple prongs were bent and it hadn’t been checked in a long time. Staff was prompt, friendly and professional, and clear about what to expect, cost and estimated completion date. They are obviously very careful about security of your item while in their possession.They called the very next day saying it was already done! The repair was very inexpensive, done well, and the ring was so clean and sparkling again! Highly, highly recommend!

Today we sold two pieces of gold jewelry and took in some of my Mom’s jewelry to see what we could have made from the pieces. Jaime was wonderful to work with and gave us several ideas. Erika cleaned all of our jewelry and offered a few more ideas. Steen stopped to visit as well. We have always loved going to Hawthorne Jewelry because of their great customer service, beautiful jewelry and their friendly staff. We’re treated like family and they will always have our business!
