After hearing the horror stories from my friends who live in a River North condo I am so happy to be living here. At least neighbors behaving badly can be asked to leave. That said, I love my large apartment. The people in the office are great and maintenance requests are quickly filled. Because of the great neighborhood and location I don’t have a car so I can’t speak to parking. I happily call Hawthorne House my home,
