Last week I had an order to put in where I had maintenance request for the air conditioner to be fixed and toilet to be snaked. Chris and Lurch came over and did an excellent job in a timely manor and they were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The 2 of them made sure I was satisfied and asked if I needed needed anything else. And to call anytime if we needed anything.
Recommendedgood if you got bad credit... the only place that would accept me an applied at alot... so thank hawthorne hill. I appreciate you sooooo much

It's a nice, quiet place to live. I liked the location and the maintenance people did their jobs very well.
Their lack of communication is disgusting. Not only were they awful at responding to us, IF they responded to us, they would hang up on us. Please don’t go here.

Lack of customer service and support. Long story short, we terminated our lease before move in day. What a relief! Good luck to future residents, you guys will need it as they do not communicate after they take your money.

I can’t understand. Our office says there is no way to do it. What should I do? My neighbors and I have threefold difference in electricity bills.

This all happened Saturday. It’s now Tuesday and stated that it will not be fixed and closed until Thursday. Not Acceptable Attached are emails from today Tuesday! A one bedroom one bath Apartment.
