On November 11 at 01:30 I had to call for maintenance to come over and fix a leak on our ceiling in the main room. Julian showed up at 02:00 and determined where the leak was in the pipe in the ceiling. He removed the copper pipe where it was leaking, and replaced it with galvanized pipe, and fixed the problem. He did a really good job, and did it professionally, and explained the whole process. He had placed proper drop clothes where needed. Last week I had an order to put in where I had maintenance request for the air conditioner to be fixed and toilet to be snaked. Chris and Lurch came over and did an excellent job in a timely manor and they were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The 2 of them made sure I was satisfied and asked if I needed needed anything else. And to call anytime if we needed anything.
