1 Star – Extremely Unpleasant and Unprofessional Experience My experience with Bloom Apartments was frustrating and completely unprofessional from start to finish. My co-applicant and I each paid $50 application fees and were told that if we applied and were approved by December 31, we would receive the first month of rent free. The buildings have rats and roaches. Front desk people are nice but don’t care about you or their job. I’ve lived here two years. It’s not safe if you’re a woman or single mother!!!! There’s only one camera in each parking lot and it doesn’t have audio and it’s only facing the dumpsters. I could go on and on about how horrible my stay had been here. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.

Anyone who's considering moving here should know this before they move in. This place was condemned in 2018 under the name the flats at Ginter Park. None of the problems that it was condemned for have been fixed and in fact they've just done cosmetic work to make it look livable. It's got a bad rat Infestation and roaches. Maintenance doesn't know what they're doing. Half the time and management is most definitely profit over people. They don't care if this place is about to collapse around you.
