We lived here for 2 years and they kept increasing our rent by 100 every lease renewal. We paid our rent every month on time, but we couldn’t afford it so we had to move. They’re tried to backpedal but we had already started the process of moving. Now theyre leasing the same apartment for 100 less than our price when we first moved in. They’re just greedy. On top of that, there’s bugs everywhere and not enough parking. The elevator is always broken and the washing machine rips up clothes
Sensors ship...you have to speak a certain way or they call 911 or hang up...a Piggot is given the death penalty in all cases...
They have a serious bug and rodent problem. Apartments outdated, painted over counter tops which are TOXIC, dry rotting wood, but if you need a place to lay your head you should be fine as long as you do your part as the tenant and take preventative measures like mouse traps, bombing for insects, etc.
Do not rent from Bloom apartments it is completely roach-infested
