I don’t feel the management is welcoming. I called multiple times and no one answered, and when I visited the leasing office in person, it seemed like there was little interest in assisting me. Even after requesting a tour several times, it was never provided.
My husband went to tour a unit today and when he walked in there was traps for bugs on the floor which is an indication that the unit is infested. As a property you need to do better when showing units.
I just moved out of this complex after living there for a year. This is my most honest review. These are priced on the lower (ish) end compared to others in the area, and there is definitely a reason for that. I think this complex was once probably very nice but has gone downhill. Since I’ve lived there management availability has been very limited (almost non existent at times) and although priced lower, you end up paying a bunch of random fees that add up to as much as if not more than a luxury apartment. I would give 0 stars if I could. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place to live, keep looking. The management here seems allergic to responding to maintenance requests. The pool hasn’t been open all year because they “still need to get it inspected.” Last year it was only open for about a month, so that’s basically two years without a usable pool. Absolutely terrible experience living here. I have sent multiple emails complaining about a severe cockroach infestation and a leak in the wall, and every time they say they will fix it but do absolutely nothing. The situation is so bad that I can’t sleep or eat in peace because there are roaches in my bed, pantry, and even crawling on my TV. They keep promising solutions but never take real action. I would not recommend this place to anyone
