This place just got new management and the property manager is shady and vindictive. Keyonna Upshaw is pushing out the residents who have been here 5 + years so they can increase the rent in these rat and roach infested apartments. They just closed down the pool because it had so many rats swimming I. The pool along with roaches all over. Pegasus Residential purchased this about 30-60:days ago and is unprepared to deal with past problems caused by absentee management (Christy) lazy unresponsive Maintenence supervisor Jonathan and incompetent maintenance manager Andre who only kept up the pool when he invited his non-resident friends from Dekalb.
