I’ve been here 6 months and renting a 2 bdrm 2 bath garden apt. I’m very pleased with my space, freshly painted and hardwood floors look great. A few minor issues that the super, Adolfo, responded to immediately. It’s well lit at night and a quiet complex. The people in the apts are friendly, lots of young adults, older adults, families and dog walkers. A nice mix of people.

Rude management, a few were okay and nice but the ones running it are all harsh and lack compassion. Superintendent, adolfo, bought himself a brand new truck right as the apartments rent was raised. Keep in mind this happened for people living here for over 20 years. It doesnt matter how long you’ve been here or how loyal to them you are, you’re just a disposable asset.
