Rude management, a few were okay and nice but the ones running it are all harsh and lack compassion. Superintendent, adolfo, bought himself a brand new truck right as the apartments rent was raised. Keep in mind this happened for people living here for over 20 years. It doesnt matter how long you’ve been here or how loyal to them you are, you’re just a disposable asset.
Was looking for an apartment for my daughter. We liked the apartment until we checked the NJ ### Offender Registry.
Management is horrible, lady that walks around treats tenants and their property like trash. Because she does throw it in the trash. I have a 3 year old autistic son that had 4 or 5 fairy garden items in our area out front that were about 3 inches and I watched her throw them out. People have literal trash outside but she chose the fairy garden of an autistic child to make her stand… No notice, no letters. Tried talking with someone and they just ignored my emails and stopped responding.
