I was originally going to go to another Hawthorne location but I realized commons was more in my price range with the same amenities and bigger gym. Everything has been pleasant so far, especially everyone in the front office and the maintenance guys. There's issues with my apartment that hasn't been dealt with or touched on since I moved in. From only one having one working stovetop that gets hot enough to cook, but is at an angle, to the door having a gap so big air leaks in. There's more, but at this point it's getting ridiculous. I've met the maintenance people and they're nice, but it's been 8 months of dealing with this. It feels like they're ducking me.
