I would like to start by saying that the office staff and maintenance team were fantastic. Every interaction we had with them was professional, friendly, and helpful. If this review were based solely on the people working on site, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, this review is about the apartment company itself. Horrible living experience. - my skylight above my bed continually leaked on me and my bed for MONTHS. I sent numerous maintenance requests. Dozens and dozens of nights I woke up with water literally dripping onto my face and my bed. ZERO urgency from management. After months of waiting, I get a one hour notice during my workday that they will be in my apartment. The skylight gets cut out with zero protective covering over my white comforter and pillows. UPDATED EXPERIENCED: I spoke with Michelle who was extremely pleasant and apologetic concerning Amanda’s standoffish behavior. I am interested now that I have a friendly person to associate with this place, let’s see how viewing the property goes! INITIAL EXPERIENCE: Was simply asking someone named Amanda some questions about the dominate age population (wasn’t asking for exact numbers) when she just kept saying this community for people that qualify for the rent (makes 3x).
