Just moved in to this apartment complex and from day 1 a few months ago, my girlfriend and I were treated excellent! Cassie and Mackenzie answered all my 50 questions (make that 51 :) and made sure our move in process went as smoothly as possible! Love the saltwater pool and the 24/7 Fitness Center is the nicest I've ever seen at an apartment complex! Timely and quality repair
updated: place was welcoming at first, but after time went on to start: the apartments are super dated and poorly remodeled with a repetitive list of reoccurring problems, the neighbors and community were all around disruptive and of bad character, the property is mistreated by residents with trash and pet waste, the one good thing they have is an excellent property maintenance technician Cole, who does above and beyond with what he has to work with.
I have never taken the time to write a review when leaving an apartment or on Google in general! BUT this apartment was by far the worse apartment that I have ever lived in. Lived here two years and had what I thought was a decent relationship with the management so avoided contacting corporate about the terrible things taking place here. Moving out they blindsided us with a charge for bed bugs which we have never seen or experienced bites from, ever in our lives.
