Fantastic place to live and the office staff are wonderful and always helpful.
I love this complex—it's smaller and quiet, and clean. From my initial tour through lease signing and move-in, the leasing office was exceptional. Communication was always prompt and clear, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate how well-run this community is and the outstanding customer service! Moving day didn't go exactly as planned due to an unexpected issue, but the property manager Michele handled everything quickly, professionally, and with genuine care.
The maintenance crew is always courteous and helpful.
The whole staff is fantastic and very friendly. They are quick to respond even on after hours maintenance requests and emergencies! Highly reccomend staying in Hawthorne complexes!
