This was home for me for two years, and while there are certainly some things that could be improved, no place is going to be perfect, so I have no real complaints. I had lovely neighbors, the complex was quiet, well-maintained, and it’s in a great, very walkable area with just about everything you could need nearby. there is never any parking available the only spots avaialble are handicap spots which WILL get you a ticket....
I’ve lived at Hawthorne Club Apartments since January 2010, and for many years my experience here was positive. I’ve always paid rent on time, kept to myself, and appreciated the stability of being a long-term resident in this community. That said, there have been ongoing issues that have made me increasingly uncomfortable. I moved into Hawthorne Club Apartments on Saturday, January 23, 2010. My experience has been mostly positive, though I’ve faced some challenges along the way. In my first year, I dealt with a neighbor who repeatedly called the police on me with false accusations about noise and parties. Thankfully, that situation resolved itself when they eventually moved out, and things were peaceful for a while.
