The Service Department is extremely professional. The Reps always keep you informed and resolve rhe issue in a timely manner.
Dealership has my car for factory defect on the turbocharger now for 20 days. Finally gave a loaner vehicle today. I know the parts are not under their control, but it took too long to get the loaner. Told us that loaners (6) were all in use. Will update on how they handle the rest of the service process. They said the turbo was on back order because so many had failed. Still do not have an eta. Generally they have been great on the service, but this was disappointing.
I have always been treated courteously and professionally by all the sales and service staff at Hawthorne Chevy. Bobby Madden has been selling and leasing me and my cars for more than 15 years and I wouldn't have it any other way.
