I dropped my Suburban off this morning 10/8 at 7:20 am for oil change & tire rotation. I also asked to look at my sunroof becuz it was slow or wud get stuck in hot weather, maybe motor needs changed. 5 hrs later and the oil & tires have not been serviced & I was told they need to order a part for sunroof. I am now sitting in waiting room for the 6th hour waiting for oil & tires to be done. This place is so poorly managed, again.....Mike Paskas
So, I go to the dealer to get a part for my 2025 Equinox Ev, an anti glare mat. They tell me service needs to order the part so I go to service and they order the part, or so I thought. Anyway, 1 week later they text me with an appointment date to come in. I show up and they don’t have the mat, they never even ordered it!
