I just Bought a used Silverado at Hawthorne Chevrolet and the whole crew was top notch. First of all, maynor, the service advisor I guess he would be the man who greets you when you pull in and takes down the type of service you want to have provided, that's the second time I've had to deal with him and he is a pleasure, so polite, friendly and upbeat really makes the experience nice. Arrived at 7:30 am finished at 8:45 am for my 10,000 mile service.
3 times a charm, after my 3rd visit. They fixed the rear passenger door handle, and the part for the passenger side, wiper blade assembly arrived. Still praying that Chevy will make a new Avalanche. Never say never.
