Great service....nice loaner vehicle
8 months later, my check engine light is on. I have $3,500 worth of maintenance. The car it self is 90,000 miles, but I’m paying $10,000 for it plus interest $5,000. $15,000 total over 5 years. When I tried to bring the car back they said it was only worth $3,000, I would still have to pay the remaining amount. My first and last time with Chevrolet. All of the reviews you see on here are from day 1 of purchase. I just want to help one person not make the same mistake I did. Go to Honda or Hyundai.
My car broke down not local to me so we had it towed to the local dealership. There were some bumps but Kera in the service department was very attentive and made sure everything worked out. It was nice to feel like she cared about me and my car. If I was local I would absolutely be coming here for all my service needs. 5 stars for customer service. Thanks Kera and everyone else that helped along the way.
