I have been a long time customer of Hawthorne Chevy. This will be the last time I deal with them. The change in ownership has not been a positive one. I have been ripped off with 2 promises negotiated in the deal that were not kept. I had an overage in miles that I negotiated to be waived since I was returning to the original dealer, been a long time customer and was going to purchase a new lease through them. Very disappointed with this dealership. I was told over the phone by Tom their manager that the number I wanted to be around for a lease was very possible. I made the long trip to the Hawthorne dealership and when I arrived their monthly lease quote was no where in the ballpark as what I was given on the phone. Just looking for honesty before wasting my whole Saturday afternoon. This dealership can’t be trusted
