WOW, I have never been treated sooooo poorly. I ordered a brand new machine, they got the order wrong, rubber tracks, not steel tracks. 12 inch bucket, not the 36 inch bucket that I asked for. Then charged me for the 12 inch bucket, that I never asked for. The thumb pin is the wrong size, so it keeps falling out. They are now trying to charge me to fix a problem, when I paid for the extended warranty, and the Excavator doesn't have 400 hours. And the service department is 6 weeks out from fixing it.
